Beginning on Wednesday 8/24/2011 we will be implementing a new Rent-to-Own policy. It is still NO CREDIT CHECK, but we will require proof of income. The monthly payment cannot be greater than 10% of your monthly income. If you choose, you are allowed to add a co-buyer to the contract. This allows for both incomes to added together representing your total household income.
We will also require your first month's payment in addition to the $99 down. Your contract will reflect that $200 of the amount you put down will be a deposit that will returned to you upon completion of your Rent-to-Own contract.
